Return Window and Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
Items must be new, unused, and returned in their original packaging
Both defective and non-defective products are eligible for return
Returns must be requested and approved before sending the item back
All returns must be shipped by mail using the instructions provided by our support team.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us as soon as possible after delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include the following information when contacting us:

Clear photographs of the item and its packaging
A brief description of the issue
Based on the situation, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified by email regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 days
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount
A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been issued
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time:

Contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary

Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
Items returned after 14 days of delivery
Products that show signs of use or are not in new condition
Returns sent back without prior authorization

We accept exchanges for eligible products within the 14-day return window. Items must meet the same return conditions outlined above and be approved before shipment.
